Juventus outcast Mario Mandzukic could yet remain in Serie A in January.

Frozen out from the first team squad, Mandzukic has been free to negotiate terms with his new club for some weeks - all with the permission of Juve management.

Having flirted with interest from the Middle East, the veteran striker is now in talks about staying in Europe.

TMW says AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund are in contact as Mandzukic seeks €6m-a-year to make the move.

Atalanta have also expressed interest, though will not consider meeting the Croatian's current demands.
