Ignazio Abate admits AC Milan will miss Mario Balotelli against Barcelona.

The Milan striker is Cup-tied from the Champions League.

"The absence of Mario against Barcelona will weigh much, because he is a player who alone can lead the attack and creates anxiety in the opposition defence.

"But we have important attackers in the squad, the alternatives are out there, and we will try to make a good game," said Abate.
