Manchester United had scouts posted on the weekend to see Trabzonspor thrash Caykur Rizespor.
Fotomac says United representatives were in the stands to see Trabzonspor win 5-2 - with Alexander Sorloth their chief target.
The Norway international striker is on-loan at Trabzonspor from Crystal Palace and has been a revelation in Turkey this season. He has scored 24 goals in 36 games.
Trabzonspor have the option to sign Sorloth outright for €6m and there's claims in Turkey they plan to buy the centre-forward and sell him for a massive profit this summer.
