Neil Harris is delighted to be back as Millwall manager.
Harris has arrived to replace former Chelsea coach Joe Edwards, who was sacked this week.
He has returned after leaving League OneCambridge United.
Harris called for "passion", "fight" and "togetherness" from the players, and said he wanted to restore their "belief" and "confidence".
"I want them to see me standing on the sidelines leading them as a Millwall person," Harris added
