Montreal Impact have announced the signing of veteran striker Kenny Cooper.
The Canadian club have acquired the 30-year old forward off MLS waivers following his release by Seattle Sounders earlier this month.
Formerly of FC Dallas, 1860 Munich and New York Red Bulls among other clubs, Cooper will travel to Montreal on Monday before linking up with his new teammates for training on Tuesday.
"I'm very excited to have the opportunity to join the Montreal Impact," Cooper said in a club statement.
"With the recent achievement of reaching the Champions League final, it's obviously a great time for the club. I am eager and determined to contribute to more success this year.
"It will be a privilege to represent a club, so rich in history and fan support."
Cooper arrives at the Impact having scored 75 MLS goals in 210 appearances over an eight-year career in the USA and Canada's top flight.
