Fluminense president Mario Bittencourt has confirmed Andre Trindade will be sold in January.
After winning the Copa Libertadores final on Sunday, Flu will allow Andre to leave for Europe, with Liverpool and Arsenal among giants keen.
It's been suggested Liverpool had an offer of €25m rejected over the summer.
“We are waiting. Today, there is no concrete proposal for Andre," Bittencourt told Globo. “But we are sure that after the World Cup - he will play in the World Cup - a stratospheric proposal will arrive.
“It could be the biggest sale in the club's history. We could possibly lose both (Andre and defender Nino), but we are working to replace them."
