Portsmouth FC's head of recruitment Phil Boardman is set for a change in the coming months.
According to The News in the Portsmouth area, Boardman is heading to Everton.
The Premier League giants appear to have poached him from Pompey, who cannot compete financially.
Boardman had worked as head of performance analysis at Wolves in the past.
He is also well known to Everton's current director of football Kevin Thelwell, as the latter also worked at Wolves during that time.
There has been no official announcement from either club about the deal, which is not yet finalized.
