Huddersfield Town are buying outright Florent Hadergjonaj.
Huddersfield have triggered a clause in Hadergjonaj's loan deal to sign the Swiss defender permanently.
Hadergjonaj, 23, joined Huddersfield on a season-long loan from Ingolstadt 04 and Town have agreed an undisclosed fee with the German side to sign him on a three-year deal on July 1.
Town boss David Wagner feels the right-back will continue to improve at the John Smith's Stadium.
“As we expected, his characteristics have been perfect for our style of play and his performances have really improved game-by-game for us," said Wagner. “He is also a great guy who has fitted into our dressing room perfectly.
“We must also remember that he is only 23 years old, so he has plenty of space to improve further."
