Crawley Town are eyeing Newcastle United winger Rosaire Longelo.
ChronicleLive reports the left-sided player is coming to the end of his contract and was scouted recently in the Magpies' Under-23 Tyne-Wear derby win over Sunderland.
Longelo arrived at Newcastle on a free transfer after being released by West Ham United in 2018.
But despite making 55 appearances for the Under-23 side with Newcastle, scoring seven times and making four assists, he has not been considered at first-team level.
At 22, his next career move is vital and as he comes close to the expiry on his contract it is thought by a clutch of EFL clubs that Newcastle will release him in the summer.
