Burnley goalkeeper Joe Hart is attracting MLS interest.
The Sun says Columbus Crew need a keeper because Hart's old team Manchester City are signing Zack Steffen from them.
But Steffen, 23, is staying put until the summer so there is no immediate need for a replacement.
Hart, 31, could be open to a move across the Atlantic, on loan or permanently, as his Turf Moor chances are limited after being dropped for Tom Heaton.
Burnley are likely to let him go if his wages are covered as they have Arsenal target Nick Pope to compete with Heaton for the rest of the year.
