Former Juventus star Zibi Boniek has questioned the quality of the Bianconeri this season.

Boniek says Max Allegri has a weaker squad compared to his first time in charge.

He told Il Messaggero: "They play badly, they have been lucky with the inventions of (Dusan) Vlahovic and (Angel) Di Maria.

"If they lose to Roma, a crisis could open up.

"Allegri's fault. Great signings are usually not easy to manage. And if you play badly it's often the manager's fault, but some players aren't up to it either. Max had a more substantial squad in his first experience at Juventus."
