The Belgium midfielder was again impressive for the Foxes in Saturday's victory over Manchester United.
Leicester have tabled a new contract offer to Tielemans' management team, but are yet to receive a response.
The player's current runs to 2023.
Tielemans is attracting serious interest on the continent from France and Italy.
