Barcelona legend Xavi has called on PSG star Neymar to show greater "maturity".

Neymar is being linked with a return to Barca this week.

But Xavi, now working in Qatar, declared: "Neymar has to mature.

"They (Neymar and Leo Messi) are very different, I see Messi with great football maturity, he does everything right, Neymar must mature, but I think he is a player with an enormous capacity to make a difference.

"He can still improve.

"He is among the three or five best in the world."
