Manchester United vice-chairman Ed Woodward is dithering over a deal for Sporting CP midfielder Bruno Fernandes.
O Jogo says Woodward is hesitating on a deal to bring Fernandes to the club.
The 24-year-old has impressed in the Portuguese Primeira Liga this season, scoring 19 goals in 31 appearances and breaking into the Portugal national side in the process.
This has led to interest from the likes of Tottenham and Liverpool as well as United, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side appear to be close to missing out on the transfer due to Woodward's stalling.
Woodward is 'hesitant' about the deal and is wary of spending yet another large sum of money on a player who has not yet tested himself at the very highest level.
