Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez could be about to make a new signing.
French trialist Sekou Baradji could become a permanent acquisition after impressing during the past fortnight - although Martinez insists he'll not be rushed into anything.
"We are very clear in the positions we need to strengthen, and we are going to make sure we bring the right players in," he told the Wigan Evening Post.
"Everyone knows we don't bring players in for the sake of it, just because of their names.
"We bring players in who we feel can bring something different to the football club.
"It's not about bringing in- it's about bringing in the right players at the right time."
