West Ham United manager David Moyes is planning a raid for Chelsea star Olivier Giroud.
Moyes has taken over at the Hammers after the sacking of Manuel Pellegrini.
It is his second stint in charge of the club, as he only left them 19 months ago.
The Sun reports that Moyes will target Giroud as a striker who can score enough goals to keep the team in the Premier League.
The Hammers are deep in the relegation battle after struggling to pick up any wins in the Premier League in recent months.
Giroud would replace Sebastian Haller, with the summer signing only having one goal in the past 11 games he has played for the club.
