West Brom are eyeing Chelsea midfielder Lewis Baker.

The Express & Star says Albion could be set to offer Chelsea starlet Baker a two-year-loan deal

The Baggies have yet to find a replacement for Darren Fletcher and have identified the England U21 international as a possible target

Baker has spent the past two seasons on-loan at Vitesse.

Tom Huddlestone (Hull City) and Fabian Delph (Manchester City) are also options but Baker would offer more of a threat going forward.
