West Bromwich Albion are chasing Chelsea winger Victor Moses.
The Sunday Mirror says the Baggies were first linked with the 23-year-old last month but now want to conclude a deal with the start of the campaign just three weeks away.
Moses, 23, endured a disappointing campaign on-loan at Liverpool last year and failed to re-launch his career in the fashion he desired.
However, the Baggies Technical Director Terry Burton has installed the Nigeria international as the leading candidate to play on the club's flanks.
