West Bromwich Albion boss Steve Clarke is happy to see Joe Cole back to his best at West Ham United.

Clarke coached Cole at both Chelsea and Liverpool.

He said: "We had a brief spell together at Liverpool when Joe wasn't in his best moment.

"He's not the first player who's made a move that hasn't worked out. But he's bounced back.

"From what I've seen he's playing well.

"He'll be a difficult opponent, but he is just one of many that they can put out against us."
