Andi Weimann is enjoying his time at Aston Villa under manager Alex McLeish.
The young Austrian struck the winner for Villa last week against Fulham.
On McLeish, Weimann told Absolute Radio: "I think he's a manager who talks to you as well in training if you do something good, and so far that he's been here I've really enjoyed my time, and I think he's not afraid to give the youngsters a chance as well, that's obviously good for our young players.
"Yeah, it's been really good for me so far, because obviously this year has been the first season I've really been involved in the first team, so that's really good."
