Weghorst agents jet to Turkey to secure Man Utd agreement

Dutch forward Wout Weghorst is counting on a move to Manchester United this winter.

The Burnley striker is on loan at Besiktas, but wants his loan canceled, so he can go to United.

Per the Express, Weghorst's agents are flying to Istanbul for face-to-face talks with Besiktas.

They are hoping the Turkish club can be convinced to terminate the loan.

However, Besiktas stated in recent days that unless they are financially compensated, they will not release Weghorst from his season-long loan.

For their part, United are serious about Weghorst, as he is a cheap option who can add a different dimension to their squad.
