Leicester City star James Maddison is the most creative English player in the Premier League.

The 25-year-old has been in outstanding form with the Foxes so far this season, despite Brendan Rodgers' side being close to the bottom of the table.

Maddison has 17 goals and 10 assists since the start of last term, with the best minutes to goals/assists figure of 114 of any English player at present.

The creative no.10 was at his best as Leicester beat Nottingham Forest 4-0 in the Premier League on Monday.

However, England boss Gareth Southgate has not included Maddison in his England squads.

Many pundits and Leicester boss Rodgers believe that Maddison deserves to be on the plane to Qatar.
