Toni Rudiger says Romelu Lukaku will be welcome at Chelsea.

Inter Milan striker Lukaku is set to join Chelsea after passing the first-half of his medical on Tuesday. Ahead of their UEFA Super Cup clash with Villarreal, Rudiger was asked at his pre-match presser about the Belgium international.

Rudiger is confident Lukaku will improve the European champions, though insists it wasn't his role to discuss the striker's imminent signing.
