Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos and Barcelona counterpart Leo Messi clashed during Saturday's El Clasico.
The the most controversial moment of the first half of Barca's 1-0 win came right at the very end, with Ramos catching Messi with his hand.
Play was waved on, before the referee eventually called time on the first half of play with the Barcelona forward still on the ground.
It was at this moment that a flashpoint occurred.
Barcelona's players rushed to the referee, whilst Messi and Ramos both squared up to each other.
Messi also approached Alberto Undiano Mallenco, trying to show the official his slightly bloodied lip.
Rule #1 Don't make my Messi angry, you watch out Ramos, 2nd half he's coming for you. #ElClásicopic.twitter.com/MdtEoEePeh — F.Scofield (@FRHNrashid) March 2, 2019
