Wanda Nara: I'll keep saying what I think

The agent and wife of Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi insists she won't be silenced.

Wanda Nara received the Socrates Award in Milan on Tuesday for combining her dual role as the wife and agent of Mauro Icardi with those of a football pundit, model and showgirl.

“I'll keep saying what I think," she said.

“I know the world of football is a bit difficult for a woman, but I'll keep saying the things I think, which obviously people can agree with or not.

“I'm a mother of five children, two of them girls, and I hope my little girls find a man like my husband, who defends me despite being so young.

“We don't always agree with everything, but he listens to me. I've worked since I was a child.

“A woman must always be a woman, she must work and be independent. That's what I want for my little ones."
