Vitesse Arnhem defender Guram Kashia is urging their on-loan Chelsea youngsters to stay long-term.

Lewis Baker, Danilo Pantic, Isaiah Brown, Dominic Solanke and Nathan are all on-loan at Vitesse this season.

Kashia says, for the good of their development, the quintet should stay longer than just the one season.

"You do not learn enough and stepping back will not be able to make it at Chelsea," said the captain to NUSport.

"That's what I say to the young boys: do not go after this season.

"I am not being pedantic, but I try to convince them."
