Barcelona great Andres Iniesta says he's not ready to hang up the boots just yet.

Having intimated he was set to leave Vissel Kobe this year, Iniesta has revealed he has a new contract and intends to see it out.

"My aim now is to continue playing soccer and perhaps this time of relaxation gives me the chance to consider something else," Iniesta told Sport.

"I have a contract until 2021 and this year I am quite motivated with the desire to play again and feel those moments with the ball and the grass."

Iniesta has been with J-LeagueVissel Kobe since 2018.
