The agent of Arsenal captain Thomas Vermaelen has cooled reports of an agreement with Manchester United.
It was reported in the Belgium press that the central defender had agreed a £100k a week deal to join new boss Louis van Gaal at United next season.
Kees Vos, who represents the 28 year-old, told the BBC that no deal is in place with United or any other club, amidst reports that he was Old Trafford bound.
