Former AS Monaco vice-president Vadim Vasilyev believes Kylian Mbappe already knows what he'll be doing next season.

Off contract in June, PSG striker Mbappe continues to be linked with Real Madrid.

Vasilyev sold Mbappe to PSG and told Canal Plus: “Personally, I would be surprised if he hasn't decided yet. He always thought that Real Madrid can wait.

"He is still young and one day it will happen. He has always been in that position, saying to himself: 'Vadim, I am young and one day it will come'.

"I sincerely believe that he knows what he wants. What is at stake is too important to reveal his true intentions.

“He collects information from everywhere, but he only makes decisions and really thinks about things in his inner circle, with his family."
