Vancouver Whitecaps striker Miller denies pushing for Rangers return

Vancouver Whitecaps striker Kenny Miller denies he's pushing to return to Rangers.

Former Gers teammate Kris Boyd made the claim this week.

"Oh, did he say that?" Miller told The Province of Boyd's comments.

"I'll give him a phone (call) tonight then. I'm contract to Vancouver until the end of the season. It's a simple as that.

"My focus in the last six weeks (while recovering from a hamstring pull) has been to get back fit and get back on that field and to help us produce results, firstly on Wednesday by winning the Canadian cup.

"Obviously, you can't control what's said of written by other parties.

"I speak to Kris every other week, through text message or on the phone, but in regards to that particular rumour, no, I've not spoken to him about that."
