Valencia are in talks to sign Sevilla striker Rafa Mir.

Mir is a former Los Che player and is wanted back by coach Ruben Baraja.

Marca says Valencia are keen to set up a loan deal for Mir, while Sevilla would prefer an outright sale.

Sevilla could agree to a compromise of a loan plus a obligatory purchase option.

For his part, Mir is willing to make the move this summer.
