Valencia are eyeing Real Madrid striker Mariano Diaz.

After a tough season in Madrid, the former Lyon forward is ready to leave for regular first team football.

And Valencia are keen as they see Mariano as a replacement for Rodrigo Moreno - should the Spain international.

Former Castilla star Mariano enjoyed a superb first season with Lyon before returning to Madrid last August.

However, the move hasn't worked out and now he is seeking a way out, reports AS.
