Leeds United midfielder Brenden Aaronson is preparing to leave this summer.
The young United States international failed to impress in the Premier League last term.
After Leeds' relegation, Aaronsen has no desire to play in the second division of English football.
Per various media reports, Aaronson will be signing for Bundesliga side 1. FC Union Berlin on loan.
He will get a chance to play in the top flight in Germany, where many attacking players have excelled.
Aaronson was previously at Red Bull Salzburg, where he showed enough talent to convince Leeds to buy him for $35.8 million.
