The Premier League scramble for Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly is expanding.

Local press source Corriere del Mezzogiorno reported on Friday that Chelsea and Tottenham had been in regular contact with representatives of Koulibaly this season.

The Senegal international is weighing up his options after the treatment of the players and former coach Carlo Ancelotti by club owner Aurelio de Laurentiis this season.

However, Foot Mercato says the field is expanding as it becomes clear Koulibaly is seriously considering demanding a move.

Manchester City and - surprisingly - David Moyes' West Ham United have also sounded out his agents to register their interest.
