Trossard delighted scoring in Arsenal win against Burnley

Arsenal attacker Leandro Trossard was delighted scoring in victory over Burnley.

Trossard struck first for the 3-1 win.

He later said: "In the moment I headed the ball I tried to protect myself.

"But I hit the post with my forearm and it was really painful but it's ok and the pain has calmed down.

"It's always nice to score a goal, of course, that helps your team to win a game and that's what we did today so it was really important to go into the international break like this and we have done it."

Incredibly all seven goals scored for Arsenal by Trossard have been assisted by Bukayo Saka.

"I don't know why but every time B is on the ball, I just know I need to make a movement or come close to him and in this moment I just gambled on him winning the header and he did and that's why I got the goal today.

"We had two tough games this week before today and we knew that today was going to be a hard game as well so it is really important that we won and we go with a good feeling into the international break," he added.
