Former Roma captain Francesco Totti admits he has doubts about renewing the contract of Paulo Dybala.
Totti says Dybala's injury record is a nagging concern.
He told Il Messaggero: "We are talking about a top player, but it depends on what the club wants to do and what objectives it has.
"If a player plays 15 games a year, I, being a manager, would think about it. If I have an important objective to achieve and I have one of the most important players who plays a third of my games, I make a reflection."
On Chelsea loanee Romelu Lukaku, Totti added: "Lukaku. I would buy him if the objective is to win."
