Roma great Francesco Totti admits he would've liked to have been coached by Jose Mourinho.
Totti also concedes his departure from Roma still leaves him frustrated.
"I spent thirty years at Roma. I showed respect to everyone and I gave up other jobs. I said no to Real Madrid and others because I wanted that shirt, only that 'Giallorossa' shirt that I have inside me," he told La Corriere della Sera.
"I didn't like the way my story with Roma ended. When they no longer need you in football, respect is lost. If Maldini, Del Piero, Baggio and I are out of football, it will mean something, right?"
Totti also said, "With a defined role I would like to return. And I would like to with Mourinho, he is number one, I respect him a lot. I regret not having been coached by him in my career. At Roma they know that if they need me for serious things I will be happy to give them a hand."
