Aaron Lennon always knew how much quality there was at Everton.
The Tottenham winger is enjoying his loan stint with the Toffees which culminated in his match-winning goal in the weekend's 2-1 victory over QPR.
Lennon's impressive recent form has coincided with Everton returning to the winners' list but he has played down his direct contribution.
"I wouldn't say the team weren't playing well and since I've been here the team has played well and we've been unlucky in certain games," he told the Liverpool Echo.
"I knew of the quality, not just in the starting 11, but of the whole squad before I got here and knew the team was full of quality players."
