Tottenham boss Conte admits considering future in football after passing of three close friends

Tottenham boss Antonio Conte has cast doubt on his future with the Londoners.

The Italian has seen three close friends pass away this past year.

Conte said, "Sometimes we attach so much importance to work and put our families aside, the need to be with them. Then things like those happened to Ventrone, Mihajlovic and Vialli happen and make you think.

"These are things that make you understand that work is not everything in life and that perhaps it is time to spend more time with the family, see the friends you have long neglected and take time for yourself.

"It is not easy to have my family in Italy, but when you have children who go to school you have to respect them and not drag them to a new place every two years, change their environment and friendships. I don't want my job to have this effect on their lives, and sometimes you have to sacrifice yourself for them.

"Future? At the appropriate time we will talk about it. There will be time to make the right decisions, for me and my family. It is logical that if I think I will do as with Juve and Inter it can be dangerous because my frustration can grow.

"But I know what my goal is, and I'm working hard to improve the team and club with my vision and ideas and then aim to win."
