Fernando Torres feels his move to AC Milan was destiny.

The Chelsea striker has joined Milan on-loan for two seasons.

"Milan came in for me even during my time at Atletico. Demetrio Albertini also encouraged me to play in Italy," Torres told Panenka.

"And it is as if fate had expected me to be at San Siro.

"The coming together was only delayed, because the Rossoneri have always appreciated me and finally I have arrived here."
