Arsenal hero Jack Wilshere continues to make a positive impression on his AGF teammates.

Discussing the midfielder's first weeks, teammate Jon Dagur Thorsteinsson admits it's been a enjoyable experience.

He told Fotboli.net: "He is a top player and he has come well into the group. We knew he had not played a football game in a while when he arrived, therefore it would be some time before we saw his true level. But he had an assist in the last match and played the whole match - he is on the right track.

"It's nice to have a player who has played at the highest level in football. It's been cool to experience being around him, and it's just been fun and crazy for everyone.

"Only when he was mentioned for AGF, I thought it was not right and it was unlikely that it would happen.

"When it happened, I think it was very strange for everyone to see him show up. But the type he is, he has fit well into the group and it all became very natural and fun."
