Terry sees Chelsea lose at Liverpool from Anfield away end

Former Chelsea captain John Terry watched his old side lose to Liverpool at Anfield on Wednesday.

The club legend took in the Reds' 4-1 win against Mauricio Pochettino's side, who are still in midtable.

The retired England international is a huge fan of the club and is often seen at games at Stamford Bridge.

He was also at Anfield for the game between the two teams in January 2023.

At the time, fans sang: 'John Terry has won the double' as the 42-year-old struggled to resist joining in.

He had then posted on social media: “I loved being in the away end with our supporters today.

“As a player you arrive on the bus and head straight to the dressing room, you don't get to see or feel what the fans feel.

“When I retired I always wanted to be in the away end with our supporters and I absolutely loved it today.

“A huge thank you to our supporters who travel the world supporting our great club. I f****** love you all."
