Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is expected to discover whether he will keep his job in the next month.

The Red Devils are working on a transition that is seeing Sir Jim Ratcliffe take over sporting operations.

Per The Athletic, INEOS and Ratcliffe will have full control on who is hired or fired within United's sporting structure.

While the Glazers do have one vote on the club's most influential board, INEOS will have more votes.

United have already secured a new CEO in ex-Manchester City man Omar Berrada.

Now Ratcliffe will assess the performance of Ten Hag, with many expecting some announcement on the Dutchman's future in February.
