Taty Castellanos played down his stunning heroics in Girona's 4-2 win against Real Madrid.

The Argentine struck all four goals in Tuesday night's triumph.

Castellanos later said: “It was a dream night. We played a great match against a great rival, one of the best in the world. It is a happiness, I never imagined this.

"Enjoying with the people, my family, the people of Argentina who always support me. That is fundamental."

The attacker also struck four goals for New York City FC.

He added: "They are different leagues, it was a dream to score four against Madrid, or even imagine it. I am very happy for the victory that we needed, yes, to look up. We are talking about the best players in the world. We shared the pitch very well, I am very happy for everything, the people and the boys."
