Tammy Abraham says he's ready to return to action with Roma.

The striker made the matchday squad for their win against Sassuolo after 287 days out due to a knee injury.

Abraham has now confirmed he is expecting a big end of season after sending a message to fans in Australia ahead of their May friendly with AC Milan in Perth.

He posted to social media: "Hello, Australian friends. I'm almost ready to return. A great season finale awaits me, then I'll be ready for the Perth match, don't miss it.

"I look forward to seeing you all on May 31st at the Optus Stadium."
