Swansea City are tracking Stuttgart midfielder Alexandru Maxim.

The Romania international is being linked with a summer move to the Liberty stadium.

Swans boss Garry Monk insists he's happy to buy from outside the Premier League transfer market.

"It just happened to be that during this window we brought a few in who were British. But in terms of where they are from, it really doesn't bother me. I think that was proved in the summer with the players we brought in."
