Sunderland striker Jermain Defoe admits he has plans to enter coaching.
Defoe revealed Dick Advocaat has offered his assistance.
He said: "I said to him (Advocaat), 'At some point I would like to do my badges and just have that in my locker, because I would still like to stay in the game and one day become a manager.'
"He said, 'yeah it will be good, and if you need my help I will help you to sort it out, and to do it.'
"As you get older you do think about it more, and I think at some point I would like to become a manager because I'm still in love with the game."
