Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge could make his first appearance of the Premier League season against Manchester United on Saturday.
Sturridge completed his first full training session with the Reds on Thursday, following hip surgery in May.
The Daily Express is reporting the 25-year-old may now be a surprise inclusion for the Merseyside club's blockbuster showdown with the Red Devils.
Meanwhile, Jordan Henderson and Adam Lallana both appear unlikely to take part in the fixture at Old Trafford.
Henderson has a foot injury, while Lallana is suffering from a thigh strain.
