Middlesbrough boss Gordon Strachan has revealed he is already preparing for the January transfer window. Boro hope to finalise Sean St Ledger's £4.5million move from Preston during the winter window, and Strachan is also drawing up a list of targets.

He said: "As a manager, you are always thinking and I would be a strange manager if I wasn't thinking about the January window."
