Thomas Sorensen has signed a new 12-month deal to remain at the Britannia Stadium. The 33-year-old has now put pen to paper on a contract which also features an option for another year, subject to appearances.
The former Sunderland stopper told the club's official website: "I am really enjoying my time at Stoke.
"With the new training ground, everything is looking up. We have a very good first team, things are going well in the Premier League and I am pleased to be a part of that.
"I want to keep playing for as long as I am good enough, fit enough and have the desire.
"It's fantastic that I have so much to look forward to over the coming months with both Stoke and Denmark."
